Book Your Bubble

The Book Your Bubble promotion is valid on all new group reservations made from November 1, 2020 until August 31, 2021 traveling November 1, 2020 until October 31, 2022 staying a minimum of 14-nights. Guests must check with the hotel Groups Department to confirm that this promotion is available during preferred dates. All reservations must be booked through the same source in order to qualify for this offer. All reservations are subject to availability and can be closed out at any time. Maximum 20% single occupancy in order to qualify; single occupancy includes bookings of one adult and children under the age of 14. This promotion is only available to new social group reservations; no rollbacks or re-bookings are permitted. Offer is not applicable to incentive groups. Redemption Procedure: There is a 6-room minimum for this offer, maximum of 15 rooms. Social groups are defined as family, friends, teammates, fellow alumni, church goers, etc. who travel together for social purposes. These are groups that do not require any additional services such as planned events, meeting space, etc., outside the included Book Your Bubble amenities. Any other groups requiring event services of any kind may be directed to the hotel’s Group Sales Manager and are subject to a surcharge. Each group will receive the following amenities: Glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, Side by side or nearby rooms, Guaranteed semi-private group dinner. The Book Your Bubble offer is combinable with Group Savings that Clique and most existing Institutional Promotions, Deal of the Day, Kids Stay Free per contract and Add-on Packages, so long as both criteria are met separately. Complimentary wedding packages or promotions are combinable with the Book Your Bubble offer when all requirements and conditions are separately met and includes amenities from both the package and Book Your Bubble. Package inclusions are not interchangeable. Book Your Bubble is not combinable with Beyond Memorable, Dulha/Dulhan, Shaadi Wedding Package, or other group promotional offers unless otherwise specified. Once the maximum number of rooms are met, any additional paying rooms are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the AMResorts Group Policy. Adjacent/nearby rooms are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Semi-private group dinner is to be pre-arranged in-destination and has a maximum of 20-people. Additional guests are at the discretion of the hotel and may incur additional costs. Group must be reported to the hotel at least 21-days prior to arrival; no changes of any type are allowed within 7-days. Restrictions may apply and this entire offer is subject to hotel availability.
